If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 business days from approval. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for booking, unless otherwise agreed. Actual reflection time may vary depending on your bank or provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• No-show or failure to use booked services.
• Services already availed in part or full.
• Cancellations made after the deadline specified in booking terms.
• Travel document issues, or government restrictions.
